We anchor out 300 days a year and have been using a 30’ 5/8” snubber with an eye splice at one end, along with a 1/4” dyneema soft shackle that connects the eyesplice to the chain. The soft shackle threads through a chain link perfectly and has shown very little sign of chafing, I just make a new one every year or so.
