As a new company they cannot afford to have such negative reviews but they do not appear to have much concern about negative reviews. I have been wanting to buy the M2 pro Max but after reading your stunning review I have decided this is not the company for me. It has been a few years since your review and it still has a strong impact on the ROV community. Not only is the company unwilling to stand behind their product but the advertised battery life does not stand up to actual reported use and a device that does not stay off when turned off is super important to know. But I’m also extremely happy for your detailed maintenance information which will apply to any underwater drone I end up with. I’m impressed with your good idea of soaking the drone in fresh water and running it for 10 minutes in fresh water after each use to keep the motors working properly. Thank you, Greg O
